Eligibility

Account Security

If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

Ownership

Hom owns all intellectual property rights in the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Limited License

Hom grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your Content

By submitting or uploading any content to the Services (e.g., project details, reviews), you grant Hom a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content to provide the Services.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to post or upload any content that is defamatory, offensive, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.

Freemium Access

Dreamers have free access to Hana for project scoping and AI assistance.

Intent Fee (Fully Refundable)

When requesting a match with a Doer, Dreamers must pay an Intent Fee ($250-$500) to indicate commitment. Fee structure reflects project scope as per below:

  Small projects (<$10K) → $100 intent fee

  Mid-size projects ($10K-$50K) → $250 intent fee

• •

  Large projects ($50K+) → $500+ intent fee

This fee is credited toward the Doer's down payment or refunded if no match is made.

Payment Processing

All payments to Doers must be processed through Hom's system to ensure security, transparency, and dispute resolution support. Dreamers agree to make milestone payments according to project agreements facilitated through the platform.

Doer Relationships

Hom connects homeowners ("Dreamers") with licensed professionals ("Doers") for home projects. Hom is not a party to contracts between Dreamers and Doers and does not guarantee the quality or outcome of their work.

Third-Party Links

The Services may include links to third-party websites or services. Hom is not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

No Warranty

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hom is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Doer and Dreamer Interactions

Hom does not guarantee the performance, behavior, or qualifications of any Doer or Dreamer. All agreements, disputes, and outcomes are the responsibility of the respective parties.
